Bible Class Continues You are invited to join us each Sunday morning following the worship service for our Bible study, which is led by our Pastor. We are currently studying the Old Testament book of Job. Be sure to bring your Bibles and a friend to church with you and stick around afterward for some good study and discussion on God's unchanging Word.
Pastor Out of Town Pastor Martin will be in Des Moines this coming Saturday (June 23rd). He will be there most of the day, and return late that evening to be with us for worship the following day.
No Services or Bible Study July 15th Pastor Martin and his family will be in Perry, Iowa July 12th-15th for Pastor's brother's wedding. Due to the lack of ELCM supply preachers in our area, there will be no worship services or Bible study at North Prairie Lutheran Church on Sunday, July 15th only. We will return to our regular worship time the following Sunday. We pray for God's blessings on Brian and Megan as they prepare to exchange their marriage vows and begin their new life together.
Favorite Hymns This summer, we are using at least one hymn each Sunday that appears on our list of favorite hymns from the "Service Book & Hymnal". Check back on our website to find the master list, and if you wish to add any hymns to the list, please email the hymn number in SBH and the first line of the hymn to revcwmartin@elcmiowa.org.
