This Week @ North Prairie Lutheran Church:
Sunday, March 4th: 2nd Sunday in Lent
No Services due to poor road conditions in the area.
Tuesday, March 6th: Pastor Work @ Algona, 3-9 p.m.
Wednesday, March 7th: Midweek Lent Worship Service, 7 p.m.
Thursday, March 8th: Pastor Work @ Algona, 3-9 p.m.
Saturday, March 10th: Pastor's Day Off
Sunday, March 11th: 3rd Sunday in Lent
Worship with Holy Communion, 9 a.m.
Bible Study, 10:15 a.m.
Daylight Savings Time: Remember to set your clocks ahead one hour when you go to bed next Saturday, March 10th, as daylight savings time will begin at 2 a.m. on Sunday, March 11th.
Midweek Lent Worship Services Join us this Wednesday evening at 7 p.m. at the North Prairie Lutheran Church as we continue our look at the "Sounds of the Passion." This week, we will ponder the sound of "Clinking Coins." Invite your friends and neighbors to join us for this special service.
Holy Communion Next Sunday Due to the cancellation of services this week, Holy Communion will be celebrated next Sunday, March 11th.
Thank You Thank you to everyone in the area for your patience and understanding as events have needed to be cancelled the past two weeks due to the winter storms that hit our area. We are glad that God has spared our area from the extended power outages that have affected other areas of the state, and that everyone in our mission congregation is safe and sound.
Cancellation Reminder If services or other events at North Prairie need to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions or for other reasons, an announcement will be called into KIOW 107.3 FM, and if possible, posted to the congregation's website. If you still have questions or concerns about an event's status, you may call Pastor Martin at 515-885-0388.
