Thanksgiving Eve Schedule We will offer a special Thanksgiving Eve service on Wednesday, November 22nd, at 7 p.m. here at North Prairie. This will take the place of the usual Wednesday evening service. Holy Communion will be celebrated during this service. Please note that due to the holiday, we will NOT have Bible study on this night only. The church office will be closed Thursday, November 22nd so Pastor may spend that time with his family.

Heating System Update The furnace for the church has been converted to LP and installed. If you wish to make a contribution to help defer the cost of LP fuel for the furnace or for the furnace installation and set up costs, please contact Pastor or mark your gifts "Heating System" and place them in the offering plate. We will keep the electric heaters in the church to help supplement the furnace as needed this winter.

ELCM Update This past Sunday, our sister ELCM congregation, Faith Lutheran Church, Duncansville, PA, formally dedicated their new house of worship on Frankstown Road in Hollidaysburg, PA, and Fred Banquers was ordained as an ELCM pastor and installed as Mission Development Pastor for New York. Faith will continue to offer services at their Duncansville facility in addition to the Frankstown Road church. Our ELCM President, Pastor Roy Steward, will continue to serve as Senior Pastor of Faith's two locations and of Barley Lutheran Church of rural New Enterprise, PA. Please keep Pastor Steward, the members of Faith & Barley, and Pastor Banquers in your prayers as they continue to work with all of us in ELCM to extend God's Kingdom and plant new ELCM congregations.
