Cancellation Reminder If services or other events at North Prairie Lutheran Church need to be cancelled due to poor weather conditions or for other reasons, an announcement will be called into KIOW, 107.3 FM in Forest City. If Pastor has access to a computer and internet service, an announcement will also be posted on the congregation's website and the news & notes blog. Life Sunday Next Sunday is observed in many Lutheran churches as "Life Sunday", with focus brought to various end of life issues that face our society today. If you wish to learn more about these various issues, or about Lutherans for Life, a pro-life ministry of the Lutheran church, visit Lutherans for Life's website at www.lutheransforlife.org. There are many resources on their site to assist individuals and congregations with these issues.
Bible Study Bible Study is now held on Sunday mornings following the worship service, at approximately 10:15 a.m. This morning, we resume our study of Feminism & The Church as we look at crucial doctrines of Christianity that Feminists wish to change and if that change is compatible with Scripture or not. Bring your Bibles to church this Sunday and study the Word of God with us!
